Workshops

I currently offer a range of affordable workshops aimed at everyone
from beginners to seasoned enthusiasts. I usually run these
workshops as either one or two days from a one to one
basis to a maximum of 3 participants. This is to ensure that
everyone gets the best value from the day.


I am happy, indeed I prefer, to tailor a workshop to your particular
requirements, whether that be the most basic training on your camera
or more advanced composition and lighting techniques. I am also
happy to simply spend time talking through your own work to
discuss areas of difficulty or how your images might be improved.


Essentially my workshops cover three high level areas (click on the titles to see more information):

Camera use & familiarisation - this includes some theory in my workshop (or your home) followed by practical work in the field

Seeing pictures - this can be tailored to the sorts of images that you prefer, or your own preferred geographical area

Post-processing & getting the most out of your printed images - Understanding RAW files, Photoshop and printing


Cost - I charge by the day at a rate of £175 for one day or £300 for two days.

Precise timings are by agreement depending on what is required and the time of year.
Lunch is not included and travelling expenses may be required if I need to travel more than 30 miles.
